Trama
Criminology professor Richard Wanley remains alone in the city after accompanying his wife and children to the station as they leave for holidays. He goes to the club for an evening with friends and sees the portrait of a fascinating woman in a shop window. When he leaves the club he stops again to contemplate the portrait. Unexpectedly, the image of the woman materializes on the glass of the shop window. Her name is Alice. He exchanges a few jokes with Wanley and invites him to his home, with the excuse of showing him the drawings relating to the portrait.
